Publisher and perspective

Yonder publishes this section. Colin Gardiner, Yonder’s Founder and General Partner, is the editor and author of its marketplace commentary. Yonder is a venture fund investing in marketplaces and network-effect businesses. This is an investor and operator’s perspective on the news.

Articles distinguish sourced facts from the author’s analysis. A company announcement is attributed to the company; a source’s claim is not presented as independently verified reporting.

Sources and publication

Before publication, the editor checks the story against its linked sources, using original announcements, filings, and other primary evidence where available. Articles identify the news being discussed and link additional sources when used.

Every article requires human editorial approval. Drafts and unreviewed material are excluded from public pages, feeds, and sitemaps. Tools may assist preparation, but they do not authorize publication or replace source verification.

Dates, updates, and corrections

Articles display their original publication date and time in UTC. A substantive change receives a visible updated timestamp; the original publication date stays the same. Corrections identify what changed and when.

Investments and other interests

Each article includes a disclosure of relevant Yonder or author interests in the companies discussed. Relevant investments, advisory relationships, sponsorships, or compensation must be stated before publication. Paid material must be clearly identified.

Article images must be relevant and have documented usage rights. Images include a description, credit, and a link identifying their rights or license.
